Membership Application and Renewal is a simple (3) step process as outlined further down the page. Failure to follow those simple instructions will result in your application or renewal not being processed. Also...
- You will not be notified that you did not send an application in with your dues.
- You will not be notified that you forgot to send a payment in with your application.
- You will not be reminded that you need to attend an orientation meeting if your membership has lapsed longer than 6 months.
- You will definitely not be renewed if you stick dues and/or an application in the daily use slot at the indoor shooting range that is marked "do not put dues in here."
QUESTION:
How long should it take to process the application, deposit the check, and receive my door codes?
ANSWER:
Normally it take 2-7 days to process and have your codes and Membership Card in the mail AFTER attending the New Member Orientation Meeting. Your check may be cashed before or after that time. If your check has not been cashed in 30 days or If you do not receive your Membership Card in the mail within 2 weeks of attending a NMO meeting, email the Membership Director at info@mrpc.info to see what the hold up is.
Give specifics like (Name, Address, Phone, Email, Payment Method, Name on Check if other than Member name, Date attending New Member Orientation Meeting if applicable, etc.) when corresponding.
All membership information is deleted 6 months after the expiration date. If you renew after that time, you are a "new member" and must attend an orientation meeting to pickup your card as we have no record of your previous membership.
MRPC Membership is for the use of the indoor range located at Vilas Rd. and affiliated shooting programs. MRPC has no affiliation with the Medford Gun Club (shotgun ranges) located next door or the Sportsman's Park shooting ranges in White City, OR.
MRPC only offers one type of membership which is good for the signing member and any spouse or child under 18 years of age. The signing member MUST be present with either while using the club range.
NEW MEMBERS

STEP TWO:NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION MEETINGSAttend AND sign in at a New Member Orientation Meeting listed below. After attending the required meeting (at which you can pay your dues) your Membership Card and door codes will be mailed to you within 2 weeks time.
Even if you plan on paying at the meeting, PLEASE USE THE FORM above to send your information in as it eliminates translation errors on the written forms.
MEETING DATES / TIMES
- 1st Sunday of each month at 3:00pm - 4:30pm
- 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm - 7:00pm

RENEWING MEMBERS (LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LAPSED)

STEP THREE:Your updated Membership Card and new door codes will be mailed out to you upon receiving a completed application. Existing FOBS will cease to work upon renewal, you can deposit them inside the range foyer in the marked collection box.
EXPIRATION NOTICES
You membership card has the expiration date printed on the front. You are responsible for keeping track of this and renewing in a timely manner to prevent loss of services.
If you loose your card and did not mark your expiration date on your calendar, you can email us at info@mrpc.info to have it looked up for you.
There may or may not be warning emails sent for soon to expire or expired memberships, you are responsible for your own membership and expiration so keep track!
