The range use policy covers:
“For Profit Use” refers to a range and / or classroom user thatcharges a fee that profit is derived from the reservation. Not just a fee to cover material or instructional costs. Examples of this type are, concealed carry classes, instructional or training classes. “Non-Profit and Law Enforcement Use” refers to a range and / or classroom user that does not derive a profit from the reservation. This use may charge a small fee to cover materials or instructional costs. Examples of this use are: L.E. department training, security company training or qualifying, free public or MRPC programs.
MRPC RESERVATION POLICY IS:
For Profit Use:- User or their associate present must be an MRPC member.
- Reservation must be made and paid a MINIMUM of two weeks before use date.
- Reservation may be canceled up to four days before use date with full refund. No refund if canceled four days or less before the event. A refund may be requested, because of reasons beyond your control, in writing or at an MRPC meeting and will be voted on.
- The reservation use fee is $50 for up to four hours and $100 for over four hours and up to eight hours (4 hour blocks).
- ALL MRPC range use rules and policies will be followed. MRPC reserves the right to close the reservation at any time if MRPC or safety rules are not followed. No shooting range fees are required with a paid reservation.

- All range users must pay the range fee of $1 per MRPC member and $2 per each non-member guest. Record the number of shooters, members and guests, in the range fee log book. Do not put fees in the range vault slot. Send a check to: MRPC, P.O. BOX 235 MEDFORD, OR. 97501.
- Reserve only the hours needed for range / classroom use. If classroom use does not interfere with members’ use of the range reserve them separately. Example (9:00 am to noon – classroom, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm range) 6) ALL MRPC range rules and policies will be followed. MRPC reserves the right to close the reservation at any time if MRPC or safety rules are not followed. Law enforcement may use the range as a “hot range” if needed. 7) If the range is not reserved, members and guests must share the range use and no one has the right to deny use to others unless safety rules are not followed.
